I was going to download Soulstorm to start playing multiplayer with my friend, but I don't own any of the previous games. Will this be okay, or do I need anything else like other expansions or patches to play online? is the SS titanium wars mod as good too? because SS campaign is bleh to me. While looking at the videos, I found out about another one, called "Ultimate Apocalypse", that seems to have a ton of nice things too.

This mod consists of a transformation of some of Dark Crusade characteristics by adding more techs, including the powerful Veteran tech, new units and abilities that make all races different from the ones in the original Dark Crusade.
